The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) took place in Korea from May 2nd to May 5th, 2023. The meeting will be held under the theme 'Rebounding Asia: Recover, Reconnect, and Reform.' World Health Organization (WHO) has declared an end to COVID-19 as a public health emergency. We hope this experience must change us all for the better.
